    It was alright but the cooper from the ring sizes can make you feel bit on the skin so I recommand not wearing the rings everyday just in certain times just becareful it can affect your body but the rings the can make you feel good a bit and actually reflects based on how you feel so it isn’t that bad but the bad thing is the cooper affecting your body a little bit.
