Customer Service

Inventory Download

  • Do you have inventory list with UPC codes in excel format?
    • Yes, available from you account page.
  • How often do you update the inventory list?
    • Whenever catalog changes – daily at most.
  • Can I receive the inventory list whenever updated?
    • Please download from your account page.
  • For your out of stocks products/item, do you delete those on your website or you just list them as out of stock?
    • Out of stock items appear on our website, but are designated “Out of Stock” and cannot be ordered.
  • How many SKU’s do you have?
    • About 1500
  • How often does your pricing change?
    • As the need arises.
  • Do you promote MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)?
    • No, but if you use our list on our Amazon listing, please don’t underbid our price.

Shipping

  • Does your company have the ability to dropship single units?
    • Yes.
  • If so, do you charge a fee for dropshipping?
    • We charge $5.00 processing fee per order only if you need to use your own shipping label. This fee is nonrefundable.
  • How much is your shipping fee? Do you have a free shipping program?
    • For small orders we make flat rate shipping available as follows:
      • 0 – 12 oz. $8.99 USPS First Class Mail. This shipping option may or may not include tracking and may delay shipping for up to 3 business days.
      • For orders weighing more 12 oz. shipping is calculated by weight, dimensions and zip code. These orders are shipped the same day received if received before 12PM PST.
  • If I order today, when will be the products/items will ship out?
    • Ground Shipping:
      • Orders placed before 12pm PST ship same day. Otherwise, shipped the following business day.
    • USPS shipping:
      • Orders ship the same day or up to three business days after being placed.
    • We don’t ship on weekends.
  • Do you offer pallet delivery to our warehouse and other locations like Amazon fulfillment centers?
    • Yes, except we do not ship to Amazon FBA nor do we ship to Amazon Prep.

Miscellaneous

  • If you send out email deals, please add me to the list .
    • Please sign up for our newsletter during order checkout. Our retail coupons will not apply to our resellers however.
  • If needed, could you provide a distribution rights letter? (A templated letter that includes our company name would be fine!)
    • We can provide this for specific items after a purchase.
  • Do you allow for selling on marketplaces such as Walmart, Amazon, etc?
    • Yes, however please do not list on our amazon FBA listings and we cannot ship to your FBA. You may list on our Amazon Seller Fulfilled listings or your own listings. Please don’t underbid our prices if you list on our Amazon Seller Fulfilled listings.
  • Do you have a minimum order(MOQ)?
    • No Minimum.
  • Where is your distribution warehouse located?
    • 397 Inspiration Dr. New Braunfels, TX 78130
  • Can I pay upfront with a credit card?
    • Yes , or PayPal, or Amazon Pay
  • How long have you been in business?
    • We’ve been in the business for over 15 years now.
  • Will I be assigned a personal sales rep?
    • Yes. Please email Lester at help@blinkee.com
  • Are all of your products that you also sell on Amazon packaged with manufacturer barcodes?
    • No barcodes on anything
  • Do you control all of your listings and have your brand registered?
    • Yes
  • Do you offer a single point of contact for ordering and shipping updates?
    • You will order through our website. Your contact will be Lester at help@blinkee.com
  • Do you offer product prep services?
    • No we do not.
  • Do you offer new bundled kit SKU numbers for bulk orders?
    • No, but it is possible.
