To activate your Yellow LED Balloons, press the button located on the inside of the mouthpiece. Yellow LED Balloons remain 1 color when lit up & have 3 light functions with every click of the button: quick flash, slower flash & a no-flash steady light. NOTE: Before inflating, turn the LEDs on and pull the ribbon attached to the balloon until it’s unwound. Fill lit balloons with helium to maximum capacity for longest float time.
