To activate your Happy Halloween LED Cheer Stick, press the button on the base of the light wand. With each push of the button, LEDs change to 1 of 6 options: a fast multicolor strobe light, a slow color change, a multicolor still light/no flash, flashing green, flashing blue & flashing red.
