To activate your Happy Halloween LED Cheer Stick, press the button on the base of the light wand. With each push of the button, LEDs change to 1 of 6 options: a fast multicolor strobe light, a slow color change, a multicolor still light/no flash, flashing green, flashing blue & flashing red. The lights will pulse through the beautifully spooky “Happy Halloween” wrap around the stick! Dimensions: Height 16 in. Diameter 1.50 in.
