Blinkee products are often ordered for real event dates, so the fastest path is to contact us with clear order details as soon as something looks off.

Start with the return help form

Use the Blinkee Returns Help form with your order number, issue details, deadline, and contact information.

Then reply with photos if needed

After submitting the form, reply to the confirmation email with photos, tracking details, or packaging notes if they help explain the issue.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

Tell us what arrived, what was expected, and whether the event deadline is still upcoming. That helps us choose the most practical next step.

Event and seasonal orders

Because many items are purchased for a specific date, please inspect orders promptly after delivery and contact us before the event whenever possible.

Custom and special orders

Custom Blinkees, logo products, special runs, and large planned assortments may have project-specific return or replacement details.
