Reseller and dropshipper answers

Practical notes for sellers who use Blinkee products in catalogs, marketplaces, event kits, party-store assortments, and customer shipments.

How do I get reseller access?

Create a Blinkee.com account, then email [email protected] with the account email and a short note about how you sell.

Where are the downloads?

Approved reseller accounts see product downloads on the main account page after signing in. Downloads are intended to help with catalog updates and product review.

Can Blinkee blind ship?

Yes. Use your billing address and your customer shipping address at checkout. Add the blind-shipping product when you need no promotional material or Blinkee invoice in the package.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA?

No. Blinkee does not ship to Amazon FBA warehouses or FBA prep centers.

How should I confirm availability?

Check the live product page before promising a delivery date or quantity. Stock and backorder status can change quickly on seasonal and event products.

Reseller operating details

Practical reseller and dropshipper policies in a format that is easier to scan.

Customer service contact

Use [email protected] for reseller customer service, account access, product data questions, ordering questions, and shipping updates.

Orders are placed through the website. For reseller ordering and shipping updates, contact Lester at [email protected].

Inventory downloads and product data

An inventory list with UPC/code-style product data is available from the account page for approved reseller accounts.

The inventory list is updated whenever the catalog changes, at most daily.

Updated lists should be downloaded from your account page rather than emailed automatically.

Out-of-stock products may still appear on the site, but they are marked out of stock and cannot be ordered.

Blinkee carries roughly 1,500 SKUs, and pricing changes as needed.

Blinkee does not promote MAP pricing, but if you use Blinkee product data on Amazon, do not underbid Blinkee prices on Blinkee Amazon listings.

Dropshipping and blind shipping

Blinkee can dropship single units.

If you need to use your own shipping label, a processing/service fee applies and is nonrefundable. Add the customer-provided shipping label service item and use the current checkout process for the active fee.

For blind shipping without Blinkee promotional material or a Blinkee invoice, add the blind-shipping item to your cart. The service has a $1.99 nonrefundable fee.

Customer-provided shipping labels

To use your own shipping label, place the order, include the customer-provided shipping label service charge, and use coupon code shipzeroblinkee so the order can be handled without normal checkout shipping.

Blinkee can then provide weight and dimensions for the order. Send the shipping label to [email protected].

Processing fees for customer-provided labels cover manual handling and fulfillment coordination and are nonrefundable.

Shipping timing and carrier notes

For small orders, flat-rate USPS First Class Mail for 0 to 12 oz. is $9.99. This option may or may not include tracking and may delay shipping for up to three business days.

Orders over 12 oz. are calculated by weight, dimensions, and ZIP code.

Ground-shipping orders placed before 12 PM Pacific time generally ship the same business day; otherwise they ship the following business day.

USPS orders may ship the same day or up to three business days after being placed.

Blinkee does not ship on weekends.

Pallet delivery may be possible, but Blinkee does not ship to Amazon FBA or Amazon prep centers.

Dropship returns and delivery issues

If a shipment is not received, Blinkee refunds the merchandise total in full.

Shipping costs are refunded only when the issue is due to Blinkee carrier or fulfillment error.

If an item arrives defective, Blinkee refunds the merchandise cost once the issue is verified. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

For dropshipping orders, Blinkee accepts returns only for defective items.

Blinkee does not accept returns or refunds for buyer remorse, unwanted items, or refused deliveries.

Marketplace selling

Resellers may sell on marketplaces such as Walmart or Amazon, but should not list on Blinkee Amazon FBA listings.

Blinkee cannot ship to Amazon FBA or Amazon prep centers.

You may list on Blinkee Amazon Seller Fulfilled listings or your own listings, but do not underbid Blinkee prices if you list on Blinkee Amazon Seller Fulfilled listings.

Blinkee controls its listings and has brand registration.

Orders, payments, and warehouse

There is no minimum order quantity for reseller orders.

Blinkee can accept upfront payment by credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.

The distribution warehouse is 397 Inspiration Dr., New Braunfels, TX 78130.

Blinkee has been in the light-up novelty business for more than 15 years.

Product packaging and prep

Products do not all include manufacturer barcodes, even if they are also sold on Amazon.

Blinkee does not offer product prep services.

Blinkee does not normally create new bundled-kit SKU numbers for bulk orders, though it may be possible in some situations.

Distribution rights letters may be available for specific items after purchase.

Email deals and coupons

Retail email deals and coupons generally do not apply to reseller accounts.
